Abstract
Find out how our customer survey helps direct our editorial and research, and how to register for a walkthrough for an overview of what a Jinfo Subscription offer.
Item
To guide Jinfo's research and editorial planning, we run an annual customer survey, the results of which I'm analysing now. Our 2018 findings reinforce the importance of this newsletter, which 90% of respondents tell us is an important way to stay informed on what we're producing and how they can benefit.
But our findings also indicate resources we've developed that lack widespread adoption. One of these hidden gems is our twice-monthly live walkthroughs. Only 10% of our respondents have taken advantage of this opportunity, and over 60% are not even familiar with it.
Walkthroughs provide a concise overview of the Jinfo site and Subscription resources and are led by our Head of Content and Community, Catherine Dhanjal. View the upcoming schedule and register for your choice of session here.
You don't need to be a current Jinfo customer to attend - in fact, if you're considering a new Jinfo Subscription, joining a walkthrough can be a valuable part of your research.
Why join a walkthrough?
Here's what you'll get when you join a session:
- Time-savings: Catherine shows you the fastest way to identify and navigate to the resources most relevant to you
- Discovery: learn about Jinfo features and benefits you might not have encountered before
- Insider tips: discover resources of interest to others in your field and others with your job title, and how to make the most of your Jinfo access
- Planning for the future: get a preview of what's coming in Jinfo and how you can benefit
- Answers to your burning questions: ask about editorial and research planning and policy, our research methods, and any other questions you may have.
If you can't join a live session, you can also find a recording of a recent walkthrough to view on your schedule.
As Director of Research, nothing is more important to me than ensuring our research gives you practical value whilst inspiring new ways of thinking. We can't achieve that goal if you aren't able to get what you need from the site and the Subscription.
