"What do we need to stop doing?"

That's the question many research teams are asking themselves when trying to meet the demands placed on them. Sometimes "stop doing" is the right answer, but just as often, a close look at services and applying Jinfo's reengineering process to them will free up capacity whilst continuing to meet customer needs.

If you've been reading and hearing about service reengineering and want to learn more about it, this is the session for you. We'll look at the process components and suggest ways you and your team can try it out for yourselves.

Half of this session will be devoted to open dialogue on any topic relating to managing your research team. Bring (or suggest ahead of time) your critical topics on workflow, project platforms, specialisation and more.

Jinfo's director of research, Robin Neidorf, will facilitate discussion.
