Part three of Jinfo’s product review of Aurora's FirstLight, an intelligence platform, looks at the technology behind the product. We focus specifically on its automation capabilities, and its use of big data and natural language processing. We also explore how a user would interact with the system and the process involved in a typical implementation of the Enterprise Edition.
