As I write, I'm in an airport heading home from a consulting engagement with a terrific customer. We spent the day processing the hard work they did this summer to analyse their services, customers and operations.
Next steps include several tactical projects which we calculate will free up at least 20 hours per week across their 6-person team; we also plan further strategic discussions around what "value" means to their organisation and how they deliver (and measure).
