The odds are that you use a big news aggregator like Factiva or Nexis if you provide current awareness services. But according to our 2018 survey results, you're just as likely to have individual subscriptions to key publications and sources as well.
Our survey respondents also showed intense interest in how to use artificial intelligence and smart technology, whether to move to an intelligence system, and how to meet their users' demands for highly customised - but still easy to use - systems.
