Community
With today's organisations using information in far more diverse ways, there needs to be an alignment between buyers and sellers as to what "usage" looks like today.
Over the next couple of months we'll be running in-person Communities of Practice (CoP) sessions in both New York and London for both buyers and sellers on this subject so register now for "Understanding Usage - Buyers and Sellers Seeking Alignment".
Also, It's not too late to register for FreePint's CoP session, "Tackling the Authentication Challenge" where we'll be reviewing and discussing the results of our research on authentication. Seats are available for 17th September.
Consulting
A slew of registrations by information professionals at the Federal Reserve Banks in the United States alerted us that "All About Usage" hit a nerve for professionals in information centres supporting banks
Robin Neidorf, our director of research, has offered to join one of their regular conference calls, to present FreePint's findings and discuss what they may suggest for these banks and their information centres, now and in the future.
This process will use no more than an hour of the customer's 6-hour credit for the year and ensure FreePint users are getting the most out of our resources. At the same time, their feedback and comments will inform our next round of research.
Contact Robin by email: robin.neidorf@freepint.com if you would like her to present how the findings are relevant to your organisation (or to discuss a new Consulting-level FreePint Subscription).
Our Content is the broad platform through which we publish research-based insights. Community provides the environment to discuss them with peers. Consulting tailors the insight to your needs. Find the right FreePint Subscription level to meet your needs.
