Abstract

Stepping back from the day to day and reviewing workflow around current awareness and intelligence gathering requires a significant investment of time and mental resilience to make changes to established systems.

However, the best information teams regularly review their processes in order to achieve better balance and value of content, technology and behaviours.

This process doesn't need to be overwhelming to be effective. Jinfo Consulting analysts have reviewed the current awareness workflow of a number of customers and made suggestions for streamlining and automating, without adding unduly to the team's resources (or budget). During this session, you heard from us on:

  • Challenges and concerns about previous workflow
  • The recommendations from Jinfo Consulting
  • What customers have implemented, plan to implement or put off from the recommendations
  • Outcomes to date.

This is the slide deck and speaker notes from the Jinfo webinar "Adjust workflow to achieve balance in content, technology and behaviours", which ran on 22nd November 2018
