How to make your deliverables carry your message
Jinfo Report
3rd May 2017
Abstract
Project reports and results for clients, "deliverables", are one of the tangible outputs of an information centre's expertise. Robin Neidorf explains how some simple adjustments can transform such reports and help to demonstrate the value of the information services department.
"The delivery of project results and reports to clients is an ideal opportunity to articulate and demonstrate the value of the information services team - but it's often overlooked. We use a 'before' and 'after' example to show how a report can be transformed by making changes in four key areas to reinforce a partnership approach and support of strategic goals."
