Abstract
The Jinfo Webinar "Create your plan for data analytics, presented a three-stage methodology for preparing your information team to become a valuable partner within the emerging world of data analytics.
The methodology comprises a number of key exercises:
- Understanding what your information team's strengths are, and how they can be leveraged for data analytics
- Identifying relevant stakeholders
- Discovering strategic goals
- Creating a 12-month plan, covering immediate actions, detailed actions for the next 12 months, and broad goals for the next 12 months.
This workbook provides worksheets and explanatory notes for each of the above exercises, helping you think through how your information expertise can be transposed to data.
