However, not all relevant information is available in languages that we are familiar with. This article discusses the importance of industry-specific and non-English language sources and offers some tips on how to find them as well as some advice on how to look beyond the usual sources and incorporate new insights into your current awareness service.
How to satisfy your internal stakeholders for current awareness

We can get valuable insights into the priorities and fears of users by grouping them and identifying how they typically engage with news, alerts and updates. This article takes a lighthearted but insightful look at a few stereotypical groups of users within a law firm in order to see how our library patrons needs differ and the priorities for the information centre in dealing with those different needs.
