Gartner is predicting that 60% of information workers will be interacting with content using a mobile device by 2015, and Forbes Insights reports that senior executives are increasingly abandoning the traditional PC for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). But the difficulties of navigating small screen devices may partly explain the EPiServer finding that retailers are using mobile more as a means of securing customer loyalty than closing sales. Mobile security remains a growing threat, with Juniper reporting that Androids are especially targeted - although the Forbes respondents remain far more concerned about usability.
