Description

This session is for information managers (buyers) and for senior-level decision-makers at content and information vendors (sellers).

Buyers and sellers of content and information products have a mutual interest in understanding the needs of end users. How can buyers and sellers collaborate more effectively to identify and meet those needs?

We'll discuss:

Emerging practices in making information more visible to end users -- in-product, via portals and on user-preferred platforms and devices
Gathering input from users and sharing insights between buyers and sellers
User training and skill development, where buyers and sellers both have a stake in success

This session provides a unique forum for frank and confidential discussion between content buyers and information vendors. Because of the sensitivity of these sessions, participation is strictly limited to organisations with a current FreePint Subscription at the Community level and higher.

Communities of Practice are open to any organisation with a FreePint Subscription at the Community level or higher. When your registration is approved, you will receive details to attend the meeting.
