Abstract
In the second part of our product review of Altarama's RefTracker, a browser-based reference and request management system, we look at the wide variety of sources that can be added to this enquiry management system, as well as the ability to create a knowledge database to help save time. We also highlight the many language options available within the product and how this benefits an organisation.
