Abstract
RefTracker from Altarama is a browser-based reference and request management system and is used globally by libraries, museums and archive services, as well as a host of corporate clients in sectors such as banking and finance, defence, energy, healthcare, insurance, law, manufacturing, media, pharma and publishing. In the first part of our product review, we take a closer look at the product and company behind it as well as some of the ways it can benefit an organisation, who its key competitors are and how the product is likely to evolve in the near future.
