Abstract
Northern Light has recently applied machine learning to its global search functionality to provide summaries of internal market research reports and business news articles for competitive intelligence analysis. According to the company, it is the first really new improvement to search in over 20 years. In this article, we take a look at how it came to be and how it can add value.
