Abstract
Current awareness services often need to ensure that the strategic decision-makers in an organisation have access to correct information and are kept informed about major events and trends. However, not all relevant information is available in languages that we are familiar with. This article discusses the importance of industry-specific and non-English language sources and offers some tips on how to find them as well as some advice on how to look beyond the usual sources and incorporate new insights into your current awareness service.
