Knowledge workers are concerned when they encounter artificial intelligence (AI). These advanced systems are creating efficiencies in research, information management, and knowledge work processes. Understanding the capabilities and maturity of these technologies, and how to leverage them to enhance information services, can open the door to new opportunities. This article highlights a few of the more advanced AI technologies used in government, finance and the legal services industry.
