Abstract
As part of Jinfo's Research Focus "Developing an information-savvy workforce through strategic alignments", we surveyed how information professionals can improve information literacy in their organisations. In part two of the analysis, Robin Neidorf identifies key activities to support information skills development, partnerships with other departments, how much business leaders appreciate the role of information skills, and what to include in an information literacy survey.
