Abstract
As part of Jinfo's Research Focus "Developing an information-savvy workforce through strategic alignments", we surveyed how information professionals can improve information literacy in their organisations. Robin Neidorf identifies key reporting lines, from legal to R&D; identifies which parts of the business take the lead in improving information skills; and why skill development can take place in a silo.
