Abstract
Before measuring value you need to understand the organisation's goals, which can be measured through six categories, explains Jinfo's director of research Robin Neidorf. She then introduces a table to map the objectives against characteristics of information products and services and how using this in your business can generate more meaningful discussions about return on investment.
