Abstract
Catherine Dhanjal, FreePint's managing editor, reports on a recent in-person Community of Practice event where buyers and sellers met in a faciliated environment to discuss "understanding usage" and "seeking alignment". FreePint's director of research, Robin Neidorf, led the discussion, bringing insights from FreePint's original research and consultancy work. The conversation ranged from authentication solutions to data analysis and stakeholder buy-in.
