Talking to Social Media Sceptics
Jinfo Article
28th October 2014
By James Mullan
Abstract
As an intranet manager James Mullan often has conversations with individuals who are less than enthusiastic about the benefits social media and social media tools can bring them. Whilst it can be disheartening to listen to individuals denigrating your favourite social media site, it's something that those involved in managing social media tools often have to do. James looks at techniques you can employ to get through what can often be quite uncomfortable conversations.
