Abstract
The legal sector has a long tradition of having well-established knowledge management tools and strategies to support the use of these tools within organisations. During author James Mullan's career the landscape within law firms has changed significantly, both in terms of technologies and the internal and external factors that are influencing how law firms operate. He takes a look at some of the key tools since 2000 to see how far we've come in a short space of time.
