Abstract
Leading media intelligence players Cision and Vocus are moving forward with their merger under the ownership of private equity company GTCR and in a further bold move, social media monitoring and analysis company Visible Technologies is also being added to the mix. Chris Porter summarises the short-term effects on customers and looks at some longer-term implications.
