Abstract
All organisations should be taking advantage of the benefits that having a well-established knowledge management programme can deliver. Yet all too often knowledge managers spend a lot of their time selling knowledge management within their organisation. If this is the case then it can be useful to have a list of the benefits that knowledge management can deliver. James Mullan explains how this list of benefits can be repurposed dependent on the audience and should make it easier to "sell" knowledge management internally.
