Abstract
The social tools available to organisations have changed the way we create and share knowledge. James Mullan finds that whilst these tools do a great job, recent reading makes him think that another tool is at the heart of knowledge sharing. That tool is a good old conversation. So are conversations at the heart of knowledge sharing, or do they have very little value in sharing knowledge?
