Let's face it, encouraging colleagues and teams within an organisation to collaborate with one another can be hard work. Whilst the concept of collaboration has been around for many years, there are still many organisations that don't see the value of working together and knowledge pooling, or recognise how it can help make individuals, teams, departments and even the organisation more effective and efficient. James Mullan explores what needs to be done.
