Abstract
The concept of collaboration and collaborating has been around for a number of years and has grown very popular with the introduction of collaborative and social software. Collaboration should, of course, be at the heart of all organisations, but it can be hard to define and even hard to introduce effectively. So what are some of the steps organisations can take to improve collaboration?
