Abstract
The digital workplace is a term you might have come across once or twice in recent years and you might well be thinking, what on earth is it? Whilst the term has been around for a number of years, there still seems to be a lot of misunderstanding around what a digital workplace is. Encompassing much more than just an intranet, James Mullan looks at how far digital workplaces and work practices have developed in the last few years.
