Abstract
You might imagine that most intranet managers would love their intranets, well I'm here to tell you that in reality that's far from the truth. Many intranet managers will have a love/hate relationship with their intranet. They might love what the intranet offers in terms of functionality, but hate what it looks like - or they might hate the functionality, but love what it looks like. So the question is, how can you maintain a healthy relationship with your intranet?
