Abstract
It has come to my attention that recently there was a tennis Grand Slam held in the UK, where the men's singles was won by the first British player in 77 years. Whilst Murray's Wimbledon win is cause to celebrate (at least in the UK) what does this have to do with managing information or using social media? James Mullan demonstrates how showing your support via Twitter or Facebook has become the norm.
