Abstract
Traditional forms of internal communications have been developing slowly but surely over the last few years. Now with the increased use of social media both internally and externally, organisations are looking at whether social media tools, especially enterprise social networks such as Yammer, Jive and Chatter can be used to facilitate internal communications.
