Abstract
We all know how hard it is to push a rock up a hill, well implementing and managing collaborative projects can be just as challenging. Whilst technology has significantly improved the way we work, simply throwing a new collaborative tool at someone and expecting them to use it simply isn't going to work. This can be frustrating and exhausting for individuals managing this process, so how can managers keep these projects on track and avoid becoming exhausted?
