Abstract
Continuing his review of Factiva.com, Andrew Grave tries out the different methods of searching the 36,000 sources from nearly 200 countries in 28 languages, now including Thai and Vietnamese. Twitter feeds, blogs and message boards are a new addition for 2012, offering a valuable supplement to the more traditional content.
