By Scott Brown
Abstract
Knowing who the customers are for our organisation’s products or services is fairly straightforward, but what about identifying our stakeholders – those people who have influence over what we do and how we do it. Scott Brown looks at how we can start to conceptualise our stakeholders, and to consider which of our stakeholder relationships will be important to cultivate, and why.
