Jinfo provides access to our original research and insights through three platforms: Content, Community and Consulting.

Following a terrific mini-retreat of our Jinfo managers in Bath (UK), we have an exciting plan to make each of these options more valuable to you, through focused management by one of our team.

  • Driving Content (articles, reports & webinars): long-time readers will know Catherine Dhanjal's name. With over 20 years in journalism and PR, she has been Jinfo's managing editor since 2012, responsible for commissioning content and leading the editorial team. As head of content, she has an expanded remit to dig more deeply into what you need, how you want to use it and how you get value from access.

  • Driving Community (online & in-person peer group events): we recently introduced Amy Burns, a relatively new addition to the Jinfo team. She's ready to take on the responsibility for head of community, building on nearly two decades of experience as an information manager in a global consulting firm to expand and transform this offering and fill a critical gap in our industry for peer dialogue amongst senior-level information managers.

  • Driving Consulting (one-to-one work): I'll continue to lead the charge on this front. I learn from every engagement about what's needed, where our research needs to go and how to translate what works from one company to another.

In the coming weeks, you'll see our new clarity on Content, Community and Consulting start to transform our website. In the meantime, I invite you to reach out to any of us with your suggestions. Or, if you plan to attend the Special Libraries Association (SLA) Conference in Phoenix next month, contact me at robin.neidorf@jinfo.com - I'm filling my meeting calendar now.
