Knowledge360 was launched just a year ago by Cipher Systems and it's already making a name for itself globally. In fact, Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), a global business community, has awarded Knowledge360 the SCIP-Gold certified product endorsement. Here's why.

Knowledge360 uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and advanced machine learning technologies to semantically analyse your data.

How does it do it? Jinfo's "Product review of Cipher Systems Knowledge360" considers this and uncovers a long list of time-saving functionalities that are worth taking a look at.

The review explains how using Knowledge360 saves users' time and why it is quicker off the mark at identifying the trends you should be tracking. It automates routine tasks and enables those who use it to spend up to 45% more time on analysis.

Suffice to say here that Knowledge360 does just about everything from organising information using custom dashboards that allow users to order data in just the way that makes the most sense for them; to sharing news and insights with a team, a whole department or even a global enterprise.

According to reviewer Sophie Alexander, this ability to save time is based on the following: "Organising information using custom dashboards and a widgetised framework; collecting information by subscribing to company profiles to receive real-time updates on company-specific news, financial information, hiring trends, patent applications, etc." Add to this "Building and formatting reports; developing analysis by importing existing data and analysis from Excel to develop charts and analysis highlighting key trends in your data and including them on your dashboards and reports".

One of the things that caught my attention is that Knowledge360 includes non-traditional sources like Twitter (company feeds, selected user feeds, and hashtag monitoring), YouTube, and Glassdoor profiles for companies with ratings. "Most of these are updated in real-time. It also offers a life sciences module add-on for the Health Sciences industry that includes clinical trials, patents/trademarks, and adverse events monitoring," Sophie explains
