Abstract
Jody Ridgwell explains how FreePint Subscribers benefit from improvements to article sharing options.
Item
We have improved the way you can share articles with colleagues in the FreePint Subscription.
You can now:
- Share an article with a number of colleagues using a comma-separated (CSV) list of email addresses
- Choose from addresses you've shared with in the past
- Send a secure email link to yourself.
Previously you could only share with one recipient at time, you couldn't see an "address book" of people you'd shared with before, and you couldn't send a secure link to yourself.
To share articles, locate the "share this article with your colleagues" link:
... and then enter the email address(es) of your colleagues, and a personalised note for the email:
Remember, unlimited article sharing with colleagues in your organisation is included with all levels of a FreePint Subscription.
Editor's Note
Order your FreePint Subscription and gain access to the full archive of FreePint Articles and Reports, plus have the ability to share these resources with anyone else at your organisation.
