I don't mind admitting to being a bit starry-eyed over teaching. I find that when I'm in relationship with people as an instructor, I call on some of the best parts of myself.

That's one fo the reasons I'm delighted with the publication of the second edition of Teach Beyond Your Reach, and with the opportunity to share key ideas about making the leap from classroom instructor to distance instructor with others.

There's a great world of opportunity in supporting professionals of all kinds with new skills, new ways of thinking and connections with colleagues in all parts of the world. Whether your organisation is looking for ways to incorporate informal, peer-to-peer learning, create or expand formal professional development or certifications, or think harder about improving outcomes from the distance learning you're already doing, there are a number of important principles that can get you there.

Take 30 minutes to review (and share) this recording of today's free webinar, designed for instructors making the leap across the digital divide, or those who are supporting such instructors.

If you'd like a copy of the presentation, with live links, please request them now. And watch for more information about upcoming programmes to continue the support, for professional development, conferences, workshops, communities of practice and formal courses.
