D&B http://www.dnb.com/ has launched an enhanced D&B Company Documents service which it claims provides improved access to key documents, including annual returns, accounts, certificates of incorporation, financials and directorships. Corporate documents are widely used by UK professionals â in particular credit teams, lawyers, banks, and insurance companies. With these specialist users in mind, D&B has created tailored packages, including those for Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer purposes. D&B claims that most documents will be delivered online within 30 seconds. To make larger files easier to access, instead of receiving the whole file by email, users will now be emailed a link to a unique website where their selected document(s) will be available to download for three days. The second phase of the upgrade is already underway and D&B customers will soon be able to set up their own custom packages, making it possible to bulk load up to 100 companies and order the same package or documents for all of them at the same time. D&B says that its new Company Documents service is competitively priced. For D&B subscribers the price will be based on the total volume of documents they access over a period of 12 months, including D&B business reports. This means prices will range from 78p to £2.56 per document.About this article
