What's Inside:

The first change was to 'embed' more researchers in the pods. As well as having greater visibility,  it allows them to hear what people are working on and offer ideas about good sources of information or carry out complicated, time consuming searches... Researchers are often asked to write background panels or sidebars that sit alongside the main story.
