Every time you have a conversation with a different colleague, just ask them if they ever use the intranet. If they answer 'yes', ask what they mainly use it for. From my own experience, I'll guarantee that the majority of answers you get will be along the lines of 'Just time sheets and holidays and things like that'. So what about all of that other 'stuff' in the intranet?'
