Sophia Donaldson
Dr Sophia Donaldson is a careers consultant for UCL PhD students and research staff. After completing a PhD in molecular genetics, she worked as a post-doctoral researcher and then a science communicator for several research charities. Before joining UCL, she provided careers support for students at King"s College London and The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

This article provides a background to this topic and highlights some key findings from recent research carried out in relation to the insurance worker.
